I saw the thread from a few days ago about the form having an issue - I’ve installed the latest update but I still see nothing happens when I press the form submit button.
did it work before…have you got the SUCCESS and ERROR bits in your form?
Do you have the button inside a form Submit component?
I’d recommend you run through the Form checklist in the Manual, this will help ensure everything is setup as it should be 
I started over and used the form from the Landing project and it works. But what doesn’t work are my RW 8 forms that used to work - I keep getting Mailer Error: SMTP connect() failed errors. My web host checked everything and there’s nothing wrong (otherwise, why do the Element forms work but the RW8 form don’t). These are Foundry Form Pro stacks, btw. They had been working fine for awhile and stopped working.
Apparently the Foundry 3 Form works, but not the older version of Foundry - I had to rebuild the page in F3 to get it to work again.
What’s really strange is I have the same older Foundry form on the site but on a different subdomain and it works fine. ?
Also check that your Port and Encryption settings in the Form component are correct as follows:
Either Port 587 with TSL encryption or Port 465 with SSL encryption
