can someone please check if the select function in the forms still work? After the latest updates the current selection options have been deleted in the Settings, but still show on the published page.
When I delete the Select form entry and add it anew in the project, I can add the selection entries, but these do not display at all:

I see the same behavior with the checkbox:
I have text added, but the options settings appear empty. I cannot edit the text to e. g. use a link in these settings.

Okay, so we’ve just been taking a look at this issue…
Collections don’t currently work in Globals, so to fix your issue you’ll need to remove your Form from the Global. Once you’ve done that the form should work as expected.
