ive changed the ’ new form submission’ in the settings to ‘order form’ but the emails keep having the ‘new form submission’ title…ive republished all files but it wont change also I change the to name setting but that wont change either
Can you try re-publishing all files again to see if that helps?
Failing that you’ll need to send us your project to take a look at…
ive sent email cos not sure how to share privately as dont want everyone to see password for email accounts? in form settings
cheers … ive been experimenting and had a weird thing pop up,if I changed the name to whatever and checked it in outlook it picked it up but not apple mail hahaha
I think I sent wrong website. I have another trial on and there is only one form!!!
and I cant get it to upload to my elements cloud
removed the 2nd form…didnt do anything

because I copied your form from wherever I thought it be something hanging on from your form so I did one from scratch …same thing can change the subject in the form but nothing changes on received email,could add subject input I guess but the email received will always say ‘new form submission’
