Form settings issue

I’ve followed all the information I can find between the manual and comments here in the forum but I cannot get my contact form to work. I’ve checked with my host (macdock.com) and my server settings and PHP are correct. I’m posting my settings here, as well as my console error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()”.

I’m hoping someone has some ideas. My website is northshorefamilywellness.com if anyone wants to look directly.

Are you sure that port setting is correct, normally when I’m using SSL the port is 465.

my host only work with 587 not the 465 wierd

have you got a success and error component in your form? both are a must have

It seems like you got this sorted already? I just tested your form and it seems to be submitting ok now.
