After today’s update, a form that was working is now giving an unable to submit error. (It’s on a sandbox site for testing). It uses “Form: Clean Contact” from the Essentials pack. Note that the form was working correctly yesterday. It started acting up after re-publishing all files today.
I have tried:
Manually deleting all files in C-Panel and re-publishing’
Removing, re-adding, re-filling the settings of the template
Tried a different project file with a different form
Currently connecting with my host support to check for issues there.
Sorry but this is still not changed and was told that it would be updated in next update about 3/4 updates ago. This is the common problem of this form so thought I would just chip in. I’ll go back to bed now!
