I am trying to add a new radio button to our registration form (formsPlus v2.5.0).
I tried coping an existing radio button and changing the info. This has always worked for us in the past, but now every time we change the Input info and a user tries to complete the registration form it goes to the error page. It works if we change everything else (except the Input field).
Does anyone know what I can do to fix the problem?
