Hi - I’m using Rapidweaver 8.9.4, and I’m suddenly not able to publish changes to my web site. I can log on to my hosting provider (Heart) and Cyberduck using the server/user/password credentials I’ve always used, but Publishing isn’t working - the "publishing’ window appears, then after about 5 minutes I get a ‘transfer failed/Timeout was reached’ message. Any ideas please?! Thanks, Rob
Sorted! The Mode publishing setting had changed from Extended Passive to Active. Not sure how that happened, but now back at Extended Passive and service resumed. Rob
