Sorry to hear you’re having issues, I’m sure we’ll get to the bottom of this. Can you try logging out of Elements Cloud, then back into it and see if that helps?

Hi Dan, Thanks for coming back to me. Yes, I did that (see my comments before) and tried it again. Log out, shut down Elements, start Elements and log in. The counter goes to 100% and jumps to the previous position again to show install.
