GRID Alignment: How can i do that?

I have two grid examples here:

in the first CARD example, the Aligenmet works great for me but in the second CARD example, the alignment of the CARDS no longer works, although the settings are the same.

@dan can you please show me which settings I need to make for this?

Set your flex box sizing height to full. I also added a flex box for the heading and text. Experient with that
