Publish one site fine

Publish a second site doubtful to fail

Have to quit and relaunch elements then it publishes fine

Just an FYI

Sometimes when I publish, it hangs (spinning circles of pages in window) so I have to cancel publishing and relaunch.

I am also seeing this with version 2

First publish works fine. 2nd Publish hangs (doesn’t start exporting) 80-85% of the time. Save, quit and restart Elements, publish works. Any further publishing after the first is 50/50.
