This morning I placed another document. Right after, Elements closed without me closing it.
When I went to open from the dock, it said that I needed to activate. I put in my email address and they sent me an activation code. When I tried to use that code it said that either the email or code was incorrect.
I then clicked trial and it took me to my usual Backup 3 with everything still showing. When I tried to save, it said "You must activate Elements to save documents with more than 3 pages.” With a buy now or cancel.
When I try to add another document, the same thing happened saying that I needed to activate, etc. When I try to save, the same thing happens.
I checked and my Elements is up to date.
My developer said that it is an error on the Realmac side. Is that true and how long before it will be fixed?
Does this have anything to depo with possibly having to up=grade to {Pro base upon the size of the website?
