Help needed with erroring page

Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?

I have deleted everything on the server and reuploaded. I have remade the page, then dragged old stacks back onto the page.

One of my pages is giving this error when trying to view it online:

https://horseshoe-nail-cross.com/patriotic-nail-cross/desert-camo-nails-cross.php is returning a 404 page not found error for me.

The error though indicates there is still some leftover something regarding RapidCart Pro in your project file, so you’d probably want to comb through your project file to ensure you’ve removed all remnants of it.

Also you’ll probably want to delete all files from your web hosting server for that specific site, and then re-publish all files from RapidWeaver to make sure there isn’t any leftover RapidCart Pro stuff.

Do you see RapidCartPro in that error?

I have done as you said: I removed everything except my resource folder from the server, republished, and it is still doing it. Remade the page… Is there any way to clear the cache in RapidWeaver?

Yes, the error is referencing RapidCart Pro like so:

../rw_common/plugins/rapidcartpro/data/config.php

So there is something in your project file that is trying to call that RapidCart Pro config.php file..

RapidWeaver doesn’t really have cache. Your web hosting provider might though. :slightly_smiling_face:

Could be, but doubt it.

That error also shows it’s trying to open that RapidCart Pro config.php file from a line of code in the below file on line 204:

public_html/patriotic-nail-crosses/desert-camo-nails-cross.php

If you open up that desert-camo-nails-cross.php file in a text editor, and scroll to line 204, you will likely see the offeding code.

Which is why I still think you’ve got something related to RapidCart Pro in your project file that hasn’t been removed yet.

I am not a coder… But could you tell me what to remove from the code?

I tried to make a whole new page… Isn’t this strange?

No you wouldn’t want to try to remove any code manually. :slightly_smiling_face:

There is just clearly something in your project file that is still referencing RapidCart Pro that hasn’t been removed.

Yes! Thank you! The Cart plug-in was in there; just uncheck instead of uninstall.

Usually when I offer a Zoom call, issues magically get resolved. I’m pretty chill to talk to, I promise. :rofl:

RapidCart Pro was an entire plugin, not a stack, which means if you were using it, it was an entire page type.

Perhaps you’ll need to rebuild any pages that you previously used RapidCart Pro to build… If you are trying to sell products, there are other shopping carts available that you can use, such as VibraCart Pro.
