HELP please with Email transfers

I have used Chillidog for over 10 years and now I am moving over to Elements Hosting. Today I am just sorting email movements so I can move all my sites to EH. So as I never done this - Greg did it last time - when I move my email address to new host do I lose all my current emails information from Chilli/Exact server? I do archive and back up everything but I have 1000’s of customers where I keep all emails in folders. I do not want to have to set them all up again.

PS I am 70 and have to look at my socks to see what day of the week it is so remembering something from 10+years ago is a bit of a struggle!

Hey @PMUK

Which email provider did you settle on? Most have some kind of email migration feature where you can just migrate all your old emails off the old server and onto the new server/account. Fastmail does, so does Zoho Mail. Apple iCloud Mail I’m not sure, but the emails can be moved via the Apple Mail App…
