The role is a highly flexible role, and so the successful candidate will be able to agree on a flexible pattern of work. We believe in work-life balance and developing our people. This means that some of the work could be carried out remotely, however, you will need to work from our Client Support Unit in North West London for a substantial amount of time. Part of this role will need to be carried out in the evenings and over the weekends. There would be ongoing structured development so that the candidate will have the opportunity to develop skills in our other core areas of business. The rate of pay for the role is between £17.50 and £18.50 per hour.


The website developer will be required to update the group websites across our operating companies. The successful candidate must be able to work on own initiative. Experience of working with Rapid Weaver and Word Press is essential.

The successful candidate will need to have appropriate knowledge of content marketing and website optimisation strategies. Ability to draft original blogs in the areas of psychology, law, education, human resources, programme management, and marketing would be a distinct advantage.


The main responsibility of the job is to update and maintain our websites. An ability to work with text-to-speech applications and transcribe notes would be a distinct advantage. The two principal parts of this role are first to design the websites in a way which will ensure that they are optimised across most of the major search engines such as Google, BING and Yahoo. This will require someone with knowledge of best practices in terms of website design and architecture. The second aspect of the role is ongoing content marketing tools such as AHREF’s, and MOZ to identify the relevant search terms of content marketing. In addition, you would need to dedicate a substantial period of your time to building effective links with reputable websites to improve our backlink profile.
