Horizontal scrolling card row - how to do this?

Hi all, I’m trying to re-create a horizontal scrolling row with around 7 cards/items, but want only 3-4 visible at a time on desktop. While the next one in a shadow on the right waiting to be revealed by sliding. On iOS, I’d like users to be able to freely swipe horizontally to reveal the remaining cards. I’d also like left/right navigation arrows on desktop.

What’s the best way to build this in Elements? I tried the Content Slider, but it seems to be set to fixed number of items per “tab” rather then than allowing free wider horizontal row. Also would love to use my own arrow design.

Thanks for the tip, Paul. I am hesitant because developers are occupied with AI and updates. The idea was more for the community, in case anyone did face similar challenge;-) once the AI dust settles, I will ask @dan. No rush with this one.
