Yes I could learn… But I need to see the final results and look at the settings of how it was done.. for me to learn
So many areas of spacing and alignment: Where do you do it at the container level? flex box level? Grid Level? or text Level?
So I’ve gotten as far as I could, then delete it - I’m sure that you could whip up a faster - better - homemade fixed menu - that changes from full screen to mobile
Or
What I’m asking is not possible with elements yet?
I am will to pay for your time in programming a solution - and then learning from it
The problem as I see it - is making the custom menu that can adapt from full screen to mobile - maybe its easy dont know…
Why not just use Elements menu, use folders with those headings, put links underneath, auto switch to mobile then, unless I misunderstand your requirement
Just simple: with blue star TrumpetStudio.com then: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced • Free Music • Forum • Shop and then I will select appropriate page links from website underneath…
But was running into problems:
When in mobile: content got covered up by menu
Currently just made the star and TrumpetStudio.com - so that when it is in mobile it doesn’t expand and and cover up content
I’m still not entirely sure what you want, you’ve never given a concrete example. if you did we’d be able to advise on the solution
However, i’d suggest doing something like this (see below). The Tree navigation now supports selecting a sub page or folder and displaying just the contents of that…
I am sorry, Dan and everyone who’s trying to help sometimes I don’t express myself well or explain well enough.
I am looking for two separate menus with two separate content listings.
They are not the same and are different.
Mostly on the top, I wanted to have beginner intermediate and advanced selections for instant access to curated content for those players and then along with that forums shopping and free stuff…
So I’m trying to create two different menus.
The one on top will have special pages that I select for that Trumpet players level.
The one on the left will show everything…
Does that make sense? I can explain better if there’s something that’s not making sense.
I thought I had to make my own menu and not use existing components…
It’s Ok - What I really want is Two Separate Menus - Each with their own content
To get top pages or tree to work I have to restructure folders and pages - Don’t Want to do that…
I had just wanted Initially: a new different menu with: Beginner • Intermediate • Advanced • Free Music • Forum • Shop and then page links underneath…
I don’t Have Folders with Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced…
I wanted to Organize my content differently into those three categories and still leave the left tree menu unchanged - So that - a trumpet player would select beginner then get those articles, lessons, books, and resources for that level
But without again changing the left tree menu…
So it look like the only way I’m seeing - is to:
Restructure the site
Create Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Folders
Drop those specific pages into those folders
I didn’t want to do that - because people will not see ALL the resources like they can now on the left tree menu
