How do I make a page a global?

I can make components globals, but I don’t see how to make a page a global. I need a page template.

Looks like templates are coming soon as shown in Dev Diary 86, That will work perfect for me. Thanks @dan

As Dan was describing this I thought of your question. Templates does appear to solve a lot of the open issues, yet allows the global to still work.

I do think a lock on Globals or a warning pop-up that you are about to edit a Global is needed.
