How do I rebuild the hamburger menu from dev diary 99?

I love the hamburger menu in the dev diary 99, but the video shows how good it looks but omits the settings to achieve this, I cannot achieve the same results. Maybe another video (or example project) at some point would be great if you have time.

Thank you so much, amazing, yes exactly what I was after. But sadly when I try to download the document it freezes at ‘Preparing Document’.

OK now, i needed to update Elements before the project would open…. Thanks again.
