On my test published website when ever my cursor goes over an item e.g. container I get an annoying label which tells me what the container is - how do I turn this off in project? TIA @dan @ben
Robin I don’t know what its called but if I stop the cursor over a container/image etc. a word appears to side of the cursor at bottom.
OK, that is a tooltip and is typically controlled by the operating system. Take a look in the system preferences under accessibility there might be an option to disable them.
Thanks it doesn’t happen on any other Elements sites just this new CMS2 one I’m doing.
It does not happen on my published sites, but it does happen on any site I’m working on in Elements. Probably because the developers took the time to create the tooltips in the first place.
This one is published on a test site. It only happens on this one.

You probably have an alt tag set, or similar. Hard to tell without the seeing the project.
Can you share the project file via Elements Cloud?
Apologies just been out.
I will upload project and send an email to support with link as its a business site. TIA
