How do I set things up so that all foreground items move up and down over a still Background?

I quickly did this with Elements only, didn’t know if it was possible, needs some work
Yep, that’s what I am after, but how did you do it?
I just used a container with a background set the container to fixed
Messed with a few settings and additional containers, no parallax component used, I just kept adding and adjusting, now I know its possible I will keep trying, it was only 5 mins of testing
A good challenge to see who could make the best parallax page straight out of the box with Elements without the need for a component, power of Elements

Steve, thanks for your help but I still have no idea how you did it.
This is how I set it up 2 videos missed inserting text in the blank spaces first video
OK not true parallax but it kind of works
Hope it makes sense, you can add to created pages I would image
Setup
Add text to blank areas
project
add another background image
All in Elements

Check Fixed background with all else moving over it to see how I was able to achieve it. You might like to comment on any potential errors in it.
Glad you found another option I ll check your method later. Looks good to me though
