In RapidWeaver Classic, it’s easy to write or paste HTML or Markdown into a Basic stack, but I can’t find a comparable way to do this in Elements. When pasted into a text element, the HTML is not converted into formatted text. I need this because several pages in my site have footnotes, and I already have created the HTML for those pages. (These are not short bits of text.)
I’m just learning the ins and outs of Elements, so I’m probably missing something. I did try a custom HTMl element, but that seems fairly advanced. I managed to change the text color from red to black and the alignment from center to right, but when previewing in Safari, the text remains red and centered.
I’ve looked at the online manual but haven’t found anything about this, and Forum searches for HTML pages refer to RapidWeaver Classic.
What am I missing or might this be something that is planned for the future?
