I submitted a technical support query circa 7 days ago, you requested I upload the site so you could review it, which I did on the 5/3, I followed this up a couple of days ago as I had heard nothing but still nothing now on the 13/3.

I think the issue is the fact that you’ve uploaded something separately from Elements, and then are creating a page so as to have it in the menu. However the issue is that this is then uploading the page and messing up your jAlbum.
If you want to link to the jAlbum from your Element menu, add a link, not an actual page in Elements.
Right-click and choose “New Link” add the url of your online jAlbum page.
