I just upgrades to CMS Studio but…

@Dan sorry to hassle you again over this upgrade, but even though the online Cms (when I select licence) says I have a studio licence when I select many options such as adding a new user or webhooks etc. it says I need a studio licence!

what is causing this?

Trying logging out - clearing cache and history - open a new browser and go back in…

I did this, even tried a different browser, same outcome.

I suspect it is to do with the fact I had a solo licence that I upgraded to studio so it is locked into that config? But of course I have no idea.

Did you press the cancel button?

Red cancel button… for solo license

Go into your licenses - perhaps it’s there

Nope! there is no reference to my Solo licence there.

Yes but the Red Button is showing the correct domain and the Studio licence key and it says Current Plan Studio!

Furthermore, if i deactivate the domain it logs me out, when I log back in it is still activated. I thought I would try to enter the Solo licence key again and deactivate this but I cannot do this because (as I mention above) when i log back in it automatically activates my new Studio licence. I believe that initually I did deactivate the Solo licence before entering the new Studio licence.
