I don’t know if I need to contact someone, but I would like to have elements to host my website. I don’t know how to sign up to request the service or get a folder, IP address, that I would need to give to my domain host to call the website. If someone could give me the instruction or who I need to contact that would be helpful. So far, I have figured out how to build a website, but the only thing I’ve done is posted it to my local folder.

Thanks for your interest in Elements Hosting! 
We are still in the Early Access period and we are onboarding customers on our UK server.
We don’t have any servers in the US at the moment, but according to our server location poll, it looks like the East Coast US has blown past all the other locations! So when we launch publicly, we will probably start expanding there first (unless another location moves up in the poll). 
Our Early Access list is already closed as we had a large influx of people volunteering to be apart of the Early Testers group, but if you’d like I can get your name added onto the list in case someone else drops out.
