Image component: Light / Dark bug?

I’m experiencing an odd behaviour when previewing to browser when using the light and dark options with 2 versions of a logo in the Image Component within a menu drop zone.

To isolate the problem and confirm it was with Image Component, I opened a new, empty project, and placed ONLY the Image Component on page and the behaviour persists:

I load 2 separate files into the Component via the “choose…” button…adding a full colour logo PNG for the light option and a white logo PNG for the dark option.

In preview mode, everything works as expected. But when I preview to browser, the white logo / image shows on the light background. (I tried the various browser options and it’s the same on all of them).

I also tried forcing light / dark / auto in the Appearance section of Mac’s System Settings.

WYSIWYG is still changing BG colors after Preview

Just wanted to report that after installing the 2.0 beta4 release the wysiwyg BG is still changing colors on some of the components after preview.

Yes, restart fixes it and preview looks fine it’s just the WYSIWYG window. It’s happening to multiple projects. It does it randomly for no ryme or reason so it’s hard to duplicate it in a video.

UPDATE:

All MY fault after all! LOL

Both logos were sharing the same file name: “1000.jpg”.

Once re-named to “white_logo_1000.jpg” and “colour_logo_1000.jpg”, light and dark mode logo choices displayed as expected.
