Please check the slider issue in the video linked below.
Ah-ha! I think this is due to the ltr layout. Will take a look tomorrow (Friday), and see if we can work out a solution for you
This image slider is going to be useful, but it is missing one crucial feature. It really needs an auto-scroll mode so that it will automatically cycle through the images.
I have a need for something like this on one of my sites where I display a bunch of testimonials. I want to have a beckground that cycles through images from the customers who provided the testimonials. I want to have no controls or dots (you can already do this), but the missing feature is a means to autmatically scroll through the images. You can scroll through them with a slide gesture on a trackpad, but I want to have this be non-interactive.
It will also be super useful if we can add a link for each image and a text overlay
The image slide is great, so easy.
+1 for the following…
The auto scroll should also have loop and pause on hover
Links would be the most vital of the two.
The Image Slider Component will ideally stay very simple.
What you really want is the more flexible carousel component that we’re building That would allow you to put anything in each slide.
Hmm, I’ll see what @ben thinks, but we could add auto-scroll to this one as an option
I agree that it should be kept simple. Even with the presence of a carousel component I still feel this slider could use the auto slide ability. All I want is the equivalent of the Background component with the ability to auto switch through a collection of images or content.
We’ll see what we can do
That makes sense if there is a more comprehensive carousel coming.
Although with a slider say of logos, links can be handy.
Slider works great though - so easy.
@handshaper @PeteSharp Goodnews! @ben has been working his magic again…
Thank you

Awesome, thank you.
Please check the video. Arrows work fine, but images are no longer visible in the browser.
@dan This works great, but there is one question I have.
Is it possible to support displaying content above the slider, if so how would you accomplish something like that?
I need to have a sliding backdrop of images with fixed content displayed above the images.

@Doobox oh, that is smart!
I think the link to the video is wrong as it’s talking about images displaying on the wrong side of the browser… and we already fixed that!
Can you re-link the video and maybe send me your project? We’ll take a look and make sure we get it fixed up in the next release for you
Sorry, there you go.
I just sent you the correct link and uploaded the project into the cloud: elementsapp://downloadDocument/cLIhxryJyXfw
Thank you
@mmohdher There is nothing in the untitled page except a container in the file you have linked in the cloud.
