Index file not uploading

That is correct - you should just change the folder name on other pages to something relevant (no spaces).

Got to File > Export Site and publish locally (best to create a folder for it to go into). When exported, is the index.html file in there?

Rapidweaver publishing is non destructive so, if the index.html file was there before, it should still be there now - even if RW is no longer publishing it afresh.

Okay,

Since RapidWeaver will not delete anything, the old index.html file still should be on the server. That tells us that something else changed on the server.

If you aren’t going to provide the information need to help you with your problem, it’s going to be impossible to get help.

repeating “I do not receive a message it is completed” isn’t helping. I think we understand that.

Who is your hosting company?

SCREENSHOTS of the publishing settings?

GoDaddy, just got off the phone with them. The index file wasn’t showing up, they deleted the whole folder and I re-published . The site is working now.

Thank you all for your assistance.

I still can’t figure out why it isn’t telling me the site is published but I can live with that.

@sinclairpons I would ask you to please refrain from swearing on these forums. It’s impolite.

In the world of web design “Go Daddy” is the scummiest phrase of all.

No wonder you had problems! Likely caused by them all along. Not necessarily … but it sounds like a go-daddyish sort of situation. I highly recommend switching to a better hosting company when you have the chance.
