I’m having my email form information and the receipt going to spam folders.
Anyone know a way to keep my emails from my Formloom plugin from going to spam? Both, the sent form info and the receipt to guests, are both going to spam folders. I’m hosting with Littleoak and using their emails that are related to my url.
I tried SMPT, Port 587, mail.guardedhost.com & TLS with user name and password, and they still go to spam.
One way to do that is to tell your spamfilter not to view these mails as spam. How you do that, differs per provider, but usually in the settings for the junk folder.
These mails are sometimes seen as spam because it’s unclear if the mailserver is allowed to mail from that domain. This can be fixed by correctly applying SPF, DMARC and DKIM to your domain in DNS, and DKIM to outgoing messages.
