I was able to integrate Claude Ai from my Website for Student Questions. The page is password protected to limit it to folks with the user name and password as the request uses API usage credits about 3 cents per question. I was able to define the agent so it answers within my framework and uses my own corpus for answering. It provides links to existing articles that address the questions as well.
yes Claude created the code for the custom component. I’m now working on a more comprehensive log in system, so each user can have their own login and can change their password via a form or email. And so that it uses a session cookie so they can log out. It also built an admin form that I can reset user passwords and add new user which sends them a welcome page with their temporary password. It also provides me with a log of the questions asked and who the user was.
That’s very cool, it’s nice to hear you tapping into the power of AI and Custom Components. I still think a lot of users don’t realise what’s possible with this stuff (and how easy it can be to do).
Edward being cheeky I asked “Does AI get a mention in the bible” the answer is amazing - for those who are interested the answer is too long to put here but at least you will see what is possible with the great work Edward is doing!
