Introducing Password Protect for Elements

Well said Gary I agree wholeheartedly.

If we had a totally solid core none of this would bother me, but I see so many QOL things in the core app that make developing much more bothersome than it should be. Especially, when some of the problems date back more than 6 months, if not a year!

Looks good but as others have indicated, the price is too high. In my case, $59.95 equates to $AU90.69 + 10% GST

Yes, same here, it’s starting to look like Elements is heading down the path of Stacks and could be quite costly.

I’ve paid for a new subscription but have cancelled auto-renew so I can see where it’s going before I commit further. For similar money I could get 7 months of Framer which includes hosting (although I have no idea if they have a password component).

I have had a look at Framer as well, but it forces you to use their US hosting or being a US based company. For some of my clients, that is a no-go.

I think Elements will give you more freedom in the end. As more and more developers will come to add custom components to Elements, you will have a wide choice of solutions in different price ranges.

The more premium priced solutions from RealMac are excellent quality (in my eyes), though, and worth the price if you work for clients or earn money with your offering.

I bought the Password pack but I can’t find the additional demo pages. From where could I get them?

You’ll find it “automagically” in the New Projects window

Thx! Blind me
