yes, you can just paste in the Embed code that YouTube gives you directly in to the body of your post ![]()
it seems the online editor markup is different than the .md pages in elements. not sure. ugh…
when I paste in the embed code in .md page in elements it works fine.
OK so
I think I see the issue. The online editor is producing code different than the elements app pages.
I think this needs a fix.
The first pic shows elements app .md file output for the embed code. This works correctly.
The second pic show a .md made in the online editor.
See the difference.

Hi team, can you take another look at this please. The markdown file created by the online editor does not create the same output as the elements app. Please see the two images above and look at that I circled. They are different. This difference makes adding the embed code invalid.

I can see the issue, the Online Editor is encoding the embed code. I’ll add this as a bug and get it fixed ASAP ![]()
