Is my RW 9.4.3 program Corrupt?

I don’t know if this is a RW issue (that is my RW program is corrupt) or a configuration problem on my computer (fyi: I reinstalled the operating system hoping RW would work - it didn’t). The website bailinstudio.com online works after it got fixed. But the RW program 9.4.3 (which I am afraid now to publish) is giving me errors trying to preview on safari (see attached) and when I go to my web address on line. And the program itself isn’t showing ANY of my images. In fact, neither of my projects [bailinstudio.com or bailin.studio] show images in edit mode.

My visitors say my website is fine. But if I publish I may screw it up again.

Preview RW (http://127.0.0.1:50054/presentations/wprofile/)-

Safari Can’t Open the Page
Safari can’t open the page “http://127.0.0.1:50054/presentations/wprofile/”. The error is:
“Navigation failed because the request was for an HTTP URL with HTTPS-Onlv

If I need to uninstall, download and reinstall RW please let me know how I can do this and keep all my plugins and stacks.
Thank you

Hi @DWB,

Do you have the website address listed with the https prefix here?

yes. See below

Ok, turn off this setting in Safari

That should clear up the issue with Safari previewing the site.

Regarding the missing images, can you confirm you’re using RWC 9.4.3? If yes, can you confirm what version of Stacks you are using?

I am using Version 5.3.0 (6353). Current stacks version. I turned off the “warn before connecting…over HTTP” and no change. I should say this occurred with the DuckDuckGo browser even after clearing the cache. Is this a RW issue or a macOS system issue since RW and Safari are having issues with images. Both RW embedded images and warehoused images are affected.

I believe this is a problem with my system setup not RW. I will call Apple.

The screenshots and error message indicate Safari, if you are seeing this in the DuckDuckGo browser you might check if they have a similar setting to allow http connections in order to preview the site.

If you can’t get it sorted with Apple and you want to try and sort this over a Zoom call feel free to send a support ticket and we can get something scheduled.

Nothing wrong with RW classic. Servbay program, which I had uninstalled, left errors that closed port access necessary for RW preview and web browsers. All joy now.
