Issue with animations on live site affecting drop downs and image Sliders

Hello,

I wondered if anyone else has had this issue when publishing their website? None of our drop downs work in the menu, or with accordion containers, the automatic image slider does not work, and other transforms we have used do not work either on the live site. However, everything works perfectly on the preview site.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot while I am waiting for support to get back to me? Currently we have published under a separate URL not associated with our company so these problems have not been damaging, however the site is not usable in its current state.

Please let me know if you have faced this problem, if you were able to fix it yourself, and how. Thank you so much!

Hi, if you published under another URL, please make sure you entered this URL in the general settings in the webaddress field in the publishing setup.

Next, please do a republish all.

Then please check on the server if you have two index files and delete the older one.

So I have double check- it isn’t the webaddress or the index files and there is still an issue. Is there anything eles I could check? Thanks

First of all welcome! I find when uploading if theres a problem is to delete everything at server end first and make sure everything is empty. Then republish all files, that way there can be no conflicts. If theres still a problem look at the error log and see what errors there are.Good Luck!
