Issue with form on contact page of PLAY template

Hello everybody. Our new website is up and running using the PLAY template bought on RapidWeaver Pro Space. Our website is hosted on Aruba, Italian server (linux)

I can’t get the values right to activate the form. What am I doing wrong? Redirect has been set to a thank you page. Here’ a screenshot of the form in Elements.

I would really appreciate a hand with this. :slight_smile:

Hi, I am having the same issue. I cannot get the contact form to work either in the Play template, it should be going through to an Office 365 mail box but nothing ever appears. Regardless what I try. :grimacing:

I don’t know what the problem could be, I don’t think it’s related to Play project file, it’s just a standard component Form on the page, nothing else.
Maybe @ben or @dan will enlighten us.

This sounds like a configuration issue. Could you try running through the Compatibility Checklist and Troubleshooting on the Forms documentation? :slight_smile:
