I see Apple have now succumbed to this ridiculousness as well as Google.
Any other mapping systems out there that I can incorporate in to my websites instead of these two?

Just a friendly reminder that there are a lot of places on the interwebz where politics can be discussed. This forum isn’t one of those places. 
Let’s keep the discussion focused on answering the question “Any other mapping systems out there that I can incorporate in to my websites instead of these two?”
Mapquest was mentioned in a news broadcast.
That’s a new one to me. It appears several years more up to date than Openstreetmaps but I guess it must pull it’s base data from Google to get company names whereas Openstreetmaps requires someone to send in edits. Will have a go at embedding the map and see how it works.
