"Landing" project load error

Hi Elements team.

(Running lastest build just installed, 1.0.3 build 23702)

When attempting to select the “Landing” project from the internal projects page (“New Project” button > “Landing” from the “Choose a project” page), and error dialog pops up and the download fails.
