Builders Notes (optional):
The site is about a very dry hobby, stamp collecting, with the majority of users well into their retirement, as am I. The site is large and 90% converted from RW, during which a more streamlined design waa employed. It has a about 2,000,000 annual visitors and covers 850 inividual topics, hence its size.
I am a complete novice at this and have no programming or web design experience.
