The recent update to the CMS blog seems to have killed the Related Posts functioning. If there are say 5 related posts under the Heading “You May Also Like”, when the links are clicked on, the same post is shown, not the one that I clicked the link on.
The links worked fine until a few days ago. Anyone else experiencing this same problem.
Glad to see the new Search component. Just wish the related items component worked again.
I’m seeing the same issue on my side. Ben has already identified the cause. It seems to be related to different types of quotes being used in the Markdown frontmatter.
At least that was the case for me. Unfortunately, it’s not very easy to spot the difference between normal quotes and smart quotes in the Elements Markdown editor.
I had ChatGPT replace all the quotes in my Markdown files with normal ones, and everything is working again now. I assume there will probably be an update for this later today — or you can do what I did and have everything corrected.
Having the same issue with the Related Blog Posts. I’ve gone through all my md files and made sure all the quotes were normal, so this doesn’t fix it.
