does a license let me install on multiple machines? laptop and desktop?
A license allows you to install Elements on up to three machines.

i just installed my RW classic on this new macbook and it seemed to “deactivate” from my old macbook (will have to check that when I get back home - travelling at the moment) But it does say Activations (1 of 1) on the new machine - ?? I realize I asked about Elements, I am thinking of buying it and switching over… but still need to use classic on both machines. Would have expected it to say “1 of 2”
Looks like you purchased a single machine licence for Classic. We used to offer those at a cheaper rate, so you must have picked this up a while ago.
We’ve since switched to offering only licences for both Classic and Elements that can be installed on three machines.
