Probably used one of the many AI image tools and added a claymation look. I’ve done a few and they look really good.

nano banana to make the character and a video generator to do the rest, Capcut Pro offer also a built in nano banana generator

you centered the point : instead of generating images that look like they were created with artificial intelligence, I preferred to replicate traditional stop motion techniques, which I find much more elegant and, above all, fun.

I’m actually using it in my work for a lot of clients, and I’ve made clay/Play-Doh versions of the team for several companies.
