LINK to Elements 3.0.9 (24426) BETA

Unfortunately, it looks like I’ll have to roll back to Elements 3.0.9 (24426) BETA for now.

After updating, I noticed that some of my custom code, which I use site-wide, no longer works as expected and actually breaks parts of the layout.

Normally, the accordions should have significantly more spacing between them and, of course, they shouldn’t overlap like this.

I haven’t made any changes to the code. This issue only started after updating to 3.0.10.

Unfortunately, the latest previous beta version I still have is 3.0.4.

@dan @ben @differentdan It’s actually somewhat urgent :-/

So it’s only your custom code that’s broken? Not something generated by the built-in components?

It’s always hard to diagnose an issue without seeing the code, can you share your project with us via the help menu? Help > Upload to Support

Here’s the download link to 3.0.9, can you let us now if the issue is still there in the previous version?

YEAH. it’s only your custom code.

For now, I’ve rolled back to 3.0.4. Normally, everything should look like this.

Of course, I’ll send you my version as well. My first priority was getting the rollback done, as the site is already live and almost all pages are affected by the issue.

I’ve now rolled back to 3.0.9, and just like in 3.0.4, the accordions are rendering and displaying correctly again.

I’ll prepare the project for you and then upload it via Upload to Support.

Thanks for the quick support!

Thanks for those, most helpful. We’re looking into it now, and should have a fix in the next build :crossed_fingers:

Hi @Pegasus

We’ve found the problem — it was one of the optimizations we’ve been working on. Next build will fix it :tada:

Cheers

I knew you’d get it fixed. Looking forward to the next update!
