PayPal can link to a Donations page on our website.
It requires access to HTML editor to insert some required script for making the link.
This can be accomplished with a custom HTML component. Create a new custom HTML component and paste your HTML snippet in there. Rename the component to something descriptive so you can keep track of it.
On the left is a component html and a + sign
Click it and create one - then drag into an elements page

Then a window opens in the bottom - that’s where you copy the html code
I have never done this; so, how/where do I create this custom HTML component?
Does the first line of your answer refer to the menu panel on the left side of the elements window? I see a small + sign, but only in the “pages” view. This generates a new page but does not have features mentioned by your “tricky part”
Hi Tom, everybody has different windows and different set ups so you have to go to the one window with components then you’ll see a HTML and that’s where you click the plus
Excellent help. I actually have a donate button with the inserted text from PayPal, as viewed in page preview.
Is it possible to make “donate” button larger, or add text to the grid box in which I have this feature?

What I hope to do is make the button larger, amd write text underneath:
“Donations sent via this button go to PayPal page which records such payments and forwards them to the Perihelion bank account.”
PayPal offers all kinds of possibilities, one of which is just a URL.
Design a button and text as you’d like in Elements. Grab the PayPal URL and use the Inspector to assign it as the link for the button.
