I am looking for a easy to use solution for a small business, which sells unique pieces most of the time. There should be an option to reorder a piece once it is sold. Only available pieces should be able to put into a shopping cart.
The owner is not able to do any programming, so it shoul be easy to use (e.g. upload photos and prices of new items) or to delete (or flag as sold) for older items, that cannot be rebuilt but should show up for demonstration purposes.
I’m grateful for any advice. Also a recommendation for a theme.

Beside Cartloom, what Paul already mentioned I would have a look at Vibralogix. They are both very reliable and it depends on your individual needs which better fits.
Built plenty of e-commerce solutions using Shopify. Super easy dashboard for retailers to manage. You can pull a collection into a RW site, or use the Buy Now buttons to custom design any store you can imagine.
Ecwid is another one. I haven’t used them, but have colleagues that have and heard nothing but good things.
I don’t know much about Ecwid’s dashboard, but I can attest for Shopify’s. Its incredibly easy to navigate, add product, mark things out of stock, track inventory, etc…
