I purchased Marquee Pro this morning and it worked fine. I just updated and in the editor I can no longer see any items. I have created new page and dropped a MP on it but all I see is a blue line at the top of the screen. Either I am missing something (possibly) or there is a bug?
I have restarted Elements, uninstalled/reinstalled MP but get the same error

Can you check which version of elements you’re on? Marquee Pro requires Element 2.0.
Sorry to not be able to help. Note for @ben I just looked at this file to find it won’t open as I’ve mot bought the Marque tool yet. All I got was a blank screen. So well done as it should reassure developers that this happens. only for FYI

Sorry to hear you’re running into issues, but rest assured we’ll get to the bottom of it and get you back up and running.
Could you let us know if your other projects are working, or if the issue only occurs in projects that use Marquee?
Also, please send over your support logs. You can do this from the Help menu by choosing “Upload Support Logs”.
Same here. I did quite some work yesterday on the Items​![]()
Guess I had to take one for the team​![]()
I quit Elements, restarted the computer and tried it in a other project. same issue. Dropzones not showing up. Only a blue line.
At least it is not just me ![]()
Support log uploaded. It was working in a project yesterday until I updated it. Now it does not work in any project even a new one.
