Is there a technical reason why the number of visible items option in Marquee PRO is non-responsive?
It would be very nice on smaller devices to reduce the number of items visible so they can be a more reasonable size. Then increase the number as the width of the screen increases.
I also notice that when testing the responsiveness, as the marquee gets smaller, the scrolling appears to go faster. At iPhone size, it is almost twice as fast.
I second to reduce the numbers based on screen size.
I’m pleased to share that we’ve just added this option to Marquee Pro. Visible Items is now fully responsive, so you can choose how many items appear on each device.
Just head over to the Elements Store to update Marquee Pro.
This happens because the marquee needs to scroll the content across a smaller viewport, so it speeds up to travel from one side to the other within the set time.
If you use the updated Marquee and set “visible items” to a lower number on mobile you should see better results! Hope that helps
