Marquee slows down

Hi there, after clicking a link in marquee and turning back to my page, the animation always slows down. Anyone else with this fault?

I think it’s because Safari on iOS hasn’t registered the touch up event, and leaves the slow down running. For now, I’d recommend removing the slow down on hover effect in the Marquee, that should fix it for you.
