Maybe I’m misunderstanding things. I am still very much trying Elements out so I’m probably missing a lot. My existing website has a menu with large hit points. On hover/touch, I used the border-bottom css attribute to visualise a pseudo underline.
Are these type of effects possible in Elements? Or am I looking at having to develop my own component/theme to achieve this?
