I’m having issues with a large navigational menu that makes use difficult. Right now, it is practically impossible to access the items at the bottom of the menu because of the large number of subpages below each product category results in a “snapback” that closes the menu before the user has an opportunity to select a page. Is there a setting in Elements to limit the number of levels to which a menu can expand? My website is located at chrismageemusic.com if you wish to observe the problem.
The menu seems to work okay for me on my iPad. I was able to scroll to the bottom of the selections and select individual pages to open.

I’d recommend making your menu’s shorter, and having the sub pages listed on the main page.
You can hide pages from the navigation by clicking the eye icon when you hover over the page in the page list, like this…
