I have a page with 2 globals, a header and a footer. In between I have a custom component that loads a google map and displays a a list of entities from a kml file.
Since 3.0 this page is really messed. The menu displays incorrectly, the kml file will not load (it says Failed to load: All fetch methods failed)
The formatting has gone astray. If I remove the custom html file the page displays fine.
suggestions asap please
Addendum
Claude fixed the kml and map load issue but the page formatting is still corrupted. The menu is a global that works fine on all other pages except this one.
Please remember this is a beta and shouldn’t be used for mission-critical work just yet…
Having said that, this sounds like it’s a coding error in your component, rather than a bug in Elements.
If you can share your project via Elements Cloud we can take a look for you, without seeing the project it’s like a mechanic trying to fix a car without the owner letting them see the engine
Thanks @dan, I appreciate it is a beta and am well aware of the risks, it was a question in case anyone had experienced the same. Before I trouble you with it I will do some more testing and exploration of my own. I posted on the forum for general user feedback, I really do not expect in depth analysis by you at this stage.
