Need my old Rapidweaver license for cross grade to Elements

Hi everyone,

I am a returning user after many years. I purchased RW years ago and I am trying to find a record of the license. I tried Paddle with no luck. I don’t remember the email address I used since it was so long ago. I was hoping on getting a cross grade discount to Elements. I sent an email to Realmac but have not heard back. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
